For you, For me, Only for you, Maybe just for me, For us – you and me

“It was the month of March in Paris, an exceptionally beautiful sunny afternoon, Thomas came by to see us. At 50 rue Croix des Petites Champs, in our boutique up stairs, he looked at our collection for a long while, we talked, and the afternoon went by. We were happy to create for his Cabinet, curious to discover his guidelines, he never mentioned any, on the contrary he gave us complete freedom. Rare phenomenon.
Was it him that mentioned the word “mixed” when leaving? Maybe. The souvenir faded.
The word floated and we followed it to imagine our jewelry piece. This jewelry, we wanted it colorful, exuberant, baroque and in this same rhythm chic and simple, even discrete so that a man could wear a part of it. We imagined a double piece, a jewelry whose tale is formed by two individuals. A one-whole to be shared, the missing part, given away, embodies the presence of a special one.
This jewelry, we wished it as beautiful worn as one mixed piece (as a necklace or sautoir) as in it’s shared existence, in its link to one another, when each half is worn separately. We imagined this jewelry piece doubled and offered to the loved one.
Aimer et être Aimée – love and being loved.”
