Creating these three limited edition pieces (in small, medium and large) for Thomas Erber has given me great pleasure, as they mirror the style and values that I wish to communicate with my work. It is not a coincidence that I live in Tuscany. It is a constant inspiration and I never tire of looking around me, at the rough and authentic, yet incredibly elegant landscape. I love working with old Florentine artisans too - journeying to the edge of possibility to create unique styles. The Troyers for men are knitted completely by hand and have a timeless look in one of my favourite colours, dark blue, with black accents, matt black horn buttons and hand stitches in anthracite contrast. There is no need to decorate or overload as the material and skill speak a clear language and radiate warmth and security. Each piece is made with around 1.2-1.3 kg wick yarn in 100% high-end cashmere, warming body and soul for inspiring winter walks.
